Funeral Mass for Michael Victor Molina, III,  75, of Lufkin, will be held Saturday, May 13, 2017 at 8:00 p.m. at St. Andrew the Apostle Catholic Church in Lufkin with Father Joe Kannampuzha and Father Denzil Vithanage officiating.

          He was born April 15, 1942 in Torrance, California, the son of Michael Victor Molina II and Margaret Dewhurst Molina, and died Thursday, May 11, 2017 in Lufkin.

          Mr. Molina loved his son, grandchildren and was a dog lover. He enjoyed horse racing and a good doughnut.

          He is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Michael and Jennifer Molina of Lufkin; granddaughter, Aletheia Molina of Lufkin; grandson, Knox Molina of Lufkin; grandson, Jackson Molina of Lufkin; granddaughter, Gianna Molina of Lufkin; and sister, Mona Rourke of Apple Valley, CA.

          He is preceded in death by his parents, Michael and Margaret Molina, II.

          Special memorials may be made to East Texas Human Needs Network, 4910 Hightech Dr., Tyler, Texas, 75703.

          Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Shafer Funeral Home, directors.
