Dear Family:
So very sorry to hear of Preston's passing. I had been friends with him since elementary school up and graduated from Taylor with him. We had reconnected recently over the last year or so and I especially enjoyed his Texan's posts on Facebook. I will forever remember him as a warm, friendly, laid back kind of guy who always took a moment to say hello and smile each day in school as we passed in the hallways. There was twinkle in his eyes and I don't ever recall him getting upset much unless he had a rough golf game. No matter how rough my day was, Preston made it better just by his presence. My deepest sympathies to you all for your loss, way too early, of this special man. May God comfort you and give you strength through this difficult time.
