Graveside services for WH (Bill) Terrell, 85, of Zavalla, will be held Saturday, December 9, 2017, at 10:00 a.m. at the Zavalla Cemetery with Billy Terrell officiating.

          Mr. Terrell was born February 16, 1932 in Tinsman, Arkansas, the son of the late Albert Terrell and Grace McKinney Terrell, and died Wednesday, December 6, 2017 in Karnes City, Texas, after a long bout with Alzheimer’s.

          An active outdoorsman, Bill spent his life hunting, fishing, flying airplanes, and riding his beloved motorcycles.

          Mr. Terrell is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Billy and Diane Terrell of Brazoria; grandson, William Lee Terrell of Salters, SC; sister, Elaine Barnett of Fontana, CA; brother-in-law, JP Hopkins; sisters-in-law, Yvonne Buford, Eulavia Hopkins, Faye Hopkins, Lavon Hopkins, and Nelda Hopkins; nieces and nephews, Roger, Janet, Annloria, Danelle, Teresa, Waunesa, Brenda, Jamie, Aleta, Edwin, Ouida, Karl, Charla, Kevin, Terence, and Korey.

          He is preceded in death by his parents, Albert and Gracie Terrell; wife, Laura Mae Terrell; brother, Ray Terrell; and sisters, Jeanette, Faye, and Dottie Sue.
