Mrs. Gibson loved spending time with her daughters and grandsons. A nature lover, she enjoyed the outdoors; specifically, the cows with her husband. Mrs. Gibson loved being a teacher and was loved by all of her students. An avid reader herself, Mrs. Gibson always enjoyed reading and encouraged her students and family members to be lifetime readers. A devout Christian, she was a member of Denman Avenue Baptist Church and attended the Kendrick Sunday School Class.
