Eleanor Rivera Timoteo

            A Christian Mass for Eleanor Rivera Timoteo, 43, of Lufkin, will be held Wednesday, June 19, 2019, at 6:00 p.m. at St. Andrew The Apostle Catholic Church in Lufkin with Fr. John Lydon officiating.

          Mrs. Timoteo was born November 1, 1975 in Angeles City, Pampanga, Philippines, the daughter of Ladislao Rivera and Elizabeth Bayalan Rivera, and died Wednesday, June 12, 2019 in Houston.

          Mrs. Timoteo loved to read and cook.  She enjoyed traveling and loved being a mom.

          Mrs. Timoteo is survived by her husband, Roderick Timoteo; daughter, Ellyce Timoteo of Lufkin; daughter, Raya Timoteo of Lufkin; Mother, Elizabeth Rivera of San Diego, CA.; sister and fiancé, Elizabeth Rivera II and James Ashment of Gilbert, AZ.; and brother Lowell Rivera of Manila, PH. 

          She was preceded in death by her father Ladislao Rivera.

          Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., Tuesday, June 18, 2019, with Rosary to follow at 6:00pm at Shafer Funeral Home in Lufkin.
