Memorial Visitation for J. Guadalupe, 71, of Diboll, will be held Saturday, June 10, 2017, from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Shafer Funeral Home in Lufkin.

          Mr. Guadalupe was born December 11, 1945 in Zacatecas, Mexico, the son of Jose Espitia and Maria De Jesus Rodriguez, and died Tuesday, June 6, 2017 in Lufkin.

          He enjoyed cooking for his family and taking care of them. Mr. Guadalupe could fix anything that needed to be fixed and enjoyed going to the casino.

          Mr. Guadalupe is survived by his wife of 42 years, Julieta Garza De Espitia of Valle Hermosa, Tamps Mexico; son and daughter-in-law, Julio C. and Silbia Espitia of Diboll; daughter, Yanett Espitia of Mission, Texas; son, Jesus Espitia of Diboll; grandson, Mikey Pina; granddaughter, Alexandra Espitia; granddaughter, Alexcis Pina; granddaughter, Natalie Espitia; granddaughter, Victoria Espitia; sister, Lucila Reyes; sister, Juany Espitia; brother, Gabino Espitia; brother, Leobardo Espitia; and brother, Ignacio Espitia.

          He was preceded in death by his parents.

          Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Shafer Funeral Home, directors.
