Alfred “Al” Lee Willett Jr., 60, of Lufkin, was born June 2, 1963, in Lufkin, Texas, to the late Alfred Lee Willett Sr. and Wanda Marie (Campbell) Wells, and died Wednesday, May 15, 2024, in Lufkin, Texas.
Mr. Willett loved his family, he was a loving father and a devoted Husband. He enjoyed a good joke and loved pranks, as well as being the karaoke king. Although he had retired, he never gave up his workaholic habits.
He is survived by his wife of 26 years, Kelly Willett of Lufkin, TX; son and daughter in law, Brett Lee and Alixx Willett; son, Shane Pemberton; son, Dylan Hugg; son, J. R. Gilbert; daughter, Amber Willett; daughter, Landi Johnson; grandchildren, Brett Willett Jr., Addison Pemberton, Kai Stillwell, Koa Hugg, Izeaha Gilbert; brother, Barry Dorsett; sister, Gale Willett; brother, Richard Willett; brother, Robert Willett; sister, Leeandra Norsworthy; along with numerous nieces and nephews; and close friends Randy and Ginger Weeks, and Melissa and Royce.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
