Bob Beam

         A Celebration of Life service for Bob Beam, 72, of Kennard, will be held Sunday, November 14, 2021, at 1:30 p.m. at Shafer Funeral Home in Lufkin with Pastor Alex Montilla officiating.

          Mr. Beam was born September 4, 1949, in Paterson, New Jersey, to Wallace Edmund Beam and Elizabeth Jolly, and died Wednesday, November 10, 2021, at his residence.

          Mr. Beam was employed by McCarthy Construction, Brown and Root, and retired from Austin Bridge and Road after 16 years.

         He is survived by his wife, B’Ann Beam; sons and daughters-in-law, Robert C. and Rosana Beam and John C. and Madison Beam; grandchildren, Ele Lynn Beam, Noma Beam, Brayley Beam and Blakely Beam; sister, Jackie Lynch of Ogden, UT; and brothers-in-law, Tom Collier and wife Ann Marie of Seattle, WA, and Larry Collier and wife Jackie of Farmers Branch, TX.

          Mr. Beam was preceded in death by his parents.
