Carl worked for the City of Huntington. He enjoyed fishing and spending time with his sons.
He is survived by his wife of 7 years Brittany Wedgeworth of Huntington; sons, Liam and Carter Milligan; numerous nieces and nephews; brother and wife, Jacob and Ashley Bodden of Dallas, TX; and sister, Kasee Bodden of Midland, TX.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
