Deborah Ann Grant

          Deborah Ann Grant, 65, of Lufkin, was born December 21, 1955, in Tupelo, Mississippi, to Houston Ryan and Jonnie (Clay) Ryan, and died Wednesday, October 6, 2021, in Lufkin.

          Mrs. Grant  loved to crochet and work in her garden. She also loved her dogs, Annie, Maggie, and Gizmo very much.

        Mrs. Grant is survived by her husband, Joe Vernon Fredregill of Lufkin; daughter, Brandy Hogue of Kaplan, LA; son, David Hogue, Jr. and wife Barbie of Norman, Oklahoma; 8 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; brothers, David Ryan and Danny Ryan, both of Houston; sisters, Chris Walker of Humble and Vickey Matlock of Florida; along with numerous nieces and nephews.

          She was preceded in death by her parents; and sisters, Pam Harrison and Carol Ryan.

          In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Winnie Berry Humane Society of Angelina County, 1102 N. John Redditt Dr., Lufkin, TX 75904.

          Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Shafer Funeral Home, Lufkin directors.
