Dhana (Segrest) Duggan, 61, of Huntington, was born on December 6, 1964, in Lufkin, Texas, to Charles David Segrest and the late Linda (Phillips) Nobles, and died Friday, April 3, 2026, in Lufkin.
Mrs. Duggan was a wonderful “MiMi” and enjoyed taking care of children. She loved to cook for her family and made the best chicken and dumplings. Mrs. Duggan loved to read books and could read all through the night.
She is survived by her husband of 39 years, Fred Duggan of Huntington; son and daughter-in-law, David and Terri Duggan of Lubbock, TX; daughter, Jessica Duggan of Huntington; 3 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; father, David Segrest of Lufkin; 1 sister; 5 brothers; and close loved ones, Pearlene Jacks, Sherry Donell, and Emily Donell.
Mrs. Duggan was preceded in death by her mother; stepfather, Jimmy Nobles; and stepfather, Arthur Lee Donell.
Her wishes were to be cremated and to have no memorial services.
