Donnie Myrle (Weeks) Smith, 86, of Diboll, was born on October 20, 1936, in Diboll, Texas, to the late John Harrison and Lela (Lowe) Weeks and died Saturday, November 16, 2024, in Diboll.

          Ms. Smith was born and raised in Diboll Texas and graduated from Diboll High School in 1957.  She was a member of First Baptist Church in Diboll.

         Ms. Smith is survived by her sister Charlene “Polly” Leavell and husband James of Diboll; nieces, Jamie Gressler and husband Bob of Woodville, Julie Scott and husband James of Diboll, and LaNita Gilchriest and husband Brook of Silsbee; along with several cousins, great nieces and nephews.

        She was preceded in death by her parents; first husband, Bill Rogers; second husband, William Mack Smith; children, Dana Lynn Rogers and Richard Randall Rogers; and sister, LaVerne Ross and husband B.W.
