Graveside services for Dorothy Hambrick, 80, of The Beulah Community, will be held Sunday, January 12, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. at Pine Grove Cemetery in Diboll with Rev. Mike Loftin and Bro. Travis Lawrence officiating.
Mrs. Hambrick was born on April 17, 1944, in Freeport, Texas, to the late Roy Presley “RP” Mann and Lottie Mae (Flanagan) Mann, and died Wednesday, January 8, 2025, in Lufkin.
Mrs. Hambrick was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She was loved by everybody and kept the family together. Above all she loved her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Alford Hambrick; daughters, Deadra (DeeDee) Hambrick, Tina McClendon, Celeste McClendon, Cassandra Pate; sons and wives, Randy and Debbie Hambrick, Chris and Deborah Hambrick; daughter and husbands, Tonya and Tyson Driver, Nicole and Jeremy Nash; granddaughters and husbands, Felicia and Eric Powell, Sarah and Walker Pyron, Katie and Chandler Parker; grandchildren, Jo Lynn Baker, Walker Baker, Delilah Pate, Robert Pate, Wyatt Hambrick, Dakota Nash, Hunter Driver, and Case Driver; great-grandchildren, Josie Hambrick, Lillie Johnson, Chesnie “CJ” Johnson, and Ryan Joseph Powell; sister, Vera Loftin; brother and wife, Charlie and Nettie Mann; along with numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Lisa Hambrick; grandson, Joseph Martin Hambrick; and sisters, Ruby Louise Anderson and Mamie Lois Watson.
Pallbearers will be Clint Caton, Gary Dover, Tyson Driver, Sam Baker, Lane Bass, Cary Parker, and Jimmy Dale Jones.
Visitation will be held from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., Sunday, January 12, 2025, at Pine Grove Cemetery.
