Frances Kelley Parrish Obituary

          Mrs. Parrish was born on February 22, 1926, in Diboll, Texas, to  the late Edward Hobbs Kelley and Willie Lou (Love) Kelley, and died Thursday, April 20, 2023, in Lufkin.

          Mrs. Parrish loved to keep active. Playing cards and dominoes were a few hobbies that she looked forward to. She loved her family and spending time with them and enjoyed cooking some of their favorite meals.

          She is survived by her son, Morris Parrish, grandson, Jason Wilkison, granddaughter, Robin Wilkison, great-granddaughter, Kalyn and husband Curtis Yates, and great-great-grandchildren Hazel and Case Yates, nephews, Claude E. Welch and Gordon Lynn, nieces, Veta Lynn Ondrusek, Sarah Lou Ritchie, and Patti Jackson, special friends, Alma Jones, Nelda Childers, Linda Wall and Margie Mathis.

         She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Morris Eulen Parrish, daughter, Cyndi Wilkison, son-in-law, Rudy Wilkison, niece, Margie Welch Ballard, nephew, Tom Kelley Welch, and nephew, John Ike Estes. 

          Memorial services for Frances Kelley Parrish, of Lufkin, will be held at a later date.

         Special memorials may be made to St. Paul’s United Methodist Church 1505 S. John Redditt Dr. Lufkin, Texas.
