Georgia Nell Jacobs

         Graveside services for Georgia Nell Jacobs, 81, of Pollok, will be held Monday, July 7, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at Mt. Hope Cemetery in Wells with Richard Joseph officiating.

          Mrs. Jacobs was born on February 7, 1944, in Angelina County, to the late Gordon Grayson and Elizabeth (Pounds) Grayson, and died Thursday, July 3, 2025, in Wells.

          Mrs. Jacobs enjoyed spending time in the kitchen baking chocolate pies. She had a talent for sewing. Above all she was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.   

          She is survived by her husband of 63 years, Joe Lynn Jacobs; son and wife, Kevin and Venissa Jacobs of Pollok, TX; daughter, Kimberly Jacobs Kelly of Pollok, TX; daughter and husband, Stephanie and Scott Austin of Pollok, TX; grandchildren, Nick Austin and girlfriend Angel Driver, Madison Austin and fiancé Ryan Mcquilkin, Clayton Jacobs, Ryan Jacobs, Jacob Kelly and wife Tori Kelly, Wesley Kelly, Mason Kelly and girlfriend Ryleigh Stewart; and great grandchildren, Grayson Moraida, Tessa Mcquilkin, and Joe Kelly.  

           She was preceded in death by her parents, and sister, Joann Hunt.
