Funeral services for Isiah Reyna, 20, of Lufkin, will be held Saturday, August 22, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at Shafer Funeral Home in Lufkin.

          Mr. Isiah L. Reyna was born on May 5, 2006, in Houston, Texas, to Josephine Rios, and passed away Monday, August 10, 2026, in Lufkin, Texas.

          He was a loving son, brother, uncle, and cherished friend to so many. Above all else, Isiah was a devoted father whose children were the center of his world. His daughter was his greatest love and his biggest joy. He treasured every moment he spent with her. He was so excited to welcome his little one on the way and dreamed of all the memories he would make with his growing family. His love for his children was endless, and anyone who knew Isiah could see just how proud he was to be their dad.

          His family meant everything to him, and he loved deeply, fiercely, and without hesitation. He was the kind of person who would do anything for the people he loved. He always made his family feel safe, loved, and cared for. Isiah had a beautiful, playful spirit and could light up even the darkest room with his smile, laughter, and goofy jokes.

          He loved drawing tattoos, fishing, and simply spending time with the people closest to him. He had a way of making everyone feel welcome and leaving a little piece of his warmth wherever he went. His presence brought joy, his laughter brought comfort, and his love brought people together. Though his life was far too short, the love he gave and memories he created will live on forever through his children, his family, and everyone blessed enough to have known him. Isiah will never be forgotten. He will be loved beyond words, missed beyond measure, and carried in the hearts of his loved ones for all the days to come.

         He is survived by his mother, Josephine Rios of Diboll, Texas; daughter, Maleni Reyna of Porter, Texas; brother, Alberto Reyna of Spring, Texas; brother, Eric Reyna of Livingston, Texas; sister, Mackenzie Reyna of Spring; brother, Jayce Rios of Diboll; nephew, Trey Reyna of Diboll; niece, Lyda Walker of Spring; and niece, Priscilla Walker of Spring.

        Mr. Reyna was preceded in death by his grandpa, Gilberto Rios; grandmother, Yolonda Reyna; maternal and paternal great-grandparents; sister, Wendy Reyna; uncle, Roy Rios; cousin, Katie Rios; cousin, Abigail Espinoza; best friend, Da’Kody White; and best friend, Jamie Windom.

         Honorary pallbearers will be Alberto Reyna, Eric Reyna, Jayce Rios, Jayden Flores, C.J. White, Carlos Romero, Miguel Rios, Roberto Rios, Gilberto Rios, Jeremy Flores, and Jamie Joshua White.

          Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., Saturday, August 22, 2026, at Shafer Funeral Home.
