Funeral services for Jacque Dean (Bulin) Frazier, 91, of Lukin, will be held Friday, November 21, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at Shafer Funeral Home in Lufkin with Rev. Jack Knox officiating. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. at Garden Park Cemetery in Conroe, Texas, with Bro. Ty Phillips officiating.
Mrs. Frazier was born on August 6, 1934, in Freestone County, Texas, to the late Andy Lee Bulin and Emily Myrtle (Allison) Bulin, and died Saturday, November 15, 2025, in Lufkin.
Mrs. Frazier was a member of First Christian Church, starting in Freeport, then to Huntsville, and then to Lufkin. She retired from the city of Freeport as a secretary and was known for being very prompt. Mrs. Frazier enjoyed camping, square dancing, and playing 42. She loved to write letters and poems and listening to Gospel music. Mrs. Frazier was the planner of the family and could remember names of everyone she met.
She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Karrie and Jimmy Schroeder of Lufkin; son and daughter-in-law, Keith and Emma Frazier of Lake Jackson; granddaughter and husband, Annie and Russell Allen; grandson and wife, Anthony and Anja Schroeder; grandson and wife, Anthony and Amanda Frazier; grandson and fiancé, Andrew Schroeder and Christina Canzoneri; grandson, Jacob Schroeder; grandson, Aaron Frazier; grandson, Matthew Schroeder; granddaughter and husband, Mariah and Darren Robins; 9 great-grandchildren; and sister, Dorothy Jean Denton.
Mrs. Frazier was preceded in death by her parents; husband, William “Bill” Frazier; and siblings, Avice Marucie Bulin, Tracy Lee Bulin, Doris Dorine Barger, Martha Jo T Denney, and Reba Dee Holder.
Honorary pallbearers will be her grandchildren.
Visitation will be held from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., Friday, November 21, 2025, at Shafer Funeral Home, prior to the funeral service.
