Joseph Huizar

Memorial services for Joseph Huizar, 38, of Hudson, will be held at a later date.

          Mr. Huizar was born April 1, 1984, in Lufkin, Texas, to Robert Huizar and Melissa Robin (Vardeman) Sutton, and died May 5, 2022 in Lufkin.

          Mr. Huizar enjoyed drawing and being a tattoo artist. He also very much loved interacting with his cherished niece.

He is survived by his daughter, Catalyna Huizar; sister, Brandi Vardeman of Hudson; niece, Phoenix Shack of Hudson; Mother, Melissa Sutton of Hudson; father, Robert Huizar of Lufkin; grandmother, Betty Huizar of Diboll; aunt and uncle, Dora and Eddy Whitehead of Lufkin; uncle and aunt, Johnny and Helen Huizar of Diboll; uncle and aunt, Ernie and Irma Huizar of Diboll; along with numerous cousins and other relatives.

          He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Ernest Huizar and Grandmother Coy Jean Vardeman.

          Special memorials may be made to Monastery of the Infant Jesus, 1501 Lotus Lane, Lufkin, Texas, 75904.
