A memorial service for Joseph R. “Joe Bob” Crawford, 72, of Huntington, Texas, will be held at a later date. Mr. Crawford was born on February 9, 1953, in Orange, Texas, to Jim Bob Crawford and Tommie (Kenman) Oakley, and died November 19, 2025, in Lufkin, Texas.
Joe Bob was a beloved father, grandfather and friend who lived a life filled with love, hard work, and dedication to his family. He was known for his kindness, sense of humor, generosity, toughness, and truck driving skills. He will be deeply missed by his family and will always be remembered for his strength, love, and the lasting impact he had on those around him.
He is survived by his loving wife, Gloria Crawford; son, Tyler Crawford; daughter, Katie Crawford; son, Joseph Crawford; son, Tommy Whitely; and many grandchildren.
