Julia L. Brown, 96, of Lufkin, was born October 25, 1921 in Standardville, Utah, to the late John Potochnick and Mary (Kapps) Potochnick, and died on Saturday, June 09, 2018 in Lufkin.

Ms. Brown is survived by her daughter, Sandra S. Brown; son, Craig M. Brown and wife Janet L.; grandson; Christopher J. Brown; grandson and wife, Robert C. Brown and Elizabeth; and great-grandson Nicholas E. Brown.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert W. Brown.

Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Shafer Funeral Home, Lufkin directors.
