Kelly Womack

         Graveside services for Kelly Lynn Womack, 60, of Wells, Texas, will be held Wednesday, November 15, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. at Simpson Cemetery in Pollok with Jesse Moore officiating.

          Mrs. Womack was born on August 10, 1963, in Port Arther, Texas, to Jerry Lamar Conner and Linda Warner, and died Saturday, November 11, 2023, in her home surrounded by her family.

          Mrs. Womack loved the outdoors and was an avid hunter. She loved the lake and enjoyed spending time fishing. Mrs. Womack loved the ranch and rodeoing way of life. Taking Clay to roping’s was a highlight of her life. She was very selfless and loved helping anyone that needed it. Mrs. Womack loved taking her granddaughters to get their nails done and spending time shopping. She was a red headed spitfire her whole life. Above all she loved family gatherings and cooking.

          Mrs. Womack is survived by her husband, Ricky Womack of Wells TX; son, Jason Womack of Wells TX; daughter and son-in-law, Sabrina and David Wright of Shelbyville TX; son and daughter-in-law, Colt and Ashey Bumstead of Lufkin TX; son and daughter-in-law, Clay and Brittany Bumstead of Lufkin TX; grandchildren, Dakota Womack, Harliey Womack, Preston Rios, Trevor Rios, Caleb Bumstead, Abby Bumstead, and Tylene Bumstead; great grandchildren, Anabella and Mallory Rios; mother, Linda Smith of Nederland TX; mother-in-law, Ada May Womack of Lufkin TX; sister and husband, Monica Weeks and Tim Weeks of Lufkin TX; sister and husband, Roxanne and Darren Washburn of Nederland TX; sister-in-law and husband, Gail and Jeff Coats of Nacogdoches TX; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

          She is preceded in death by her father, Jerry Lamar Conner; father-in-law, Simon Presten Womack; grandson, Dakota Womack; and niece Meagan Loyola. 

          Honorary pallbearers will be Clay Bumstead, Jason Womack, Colt Bumstead, Randy Duke, Robert Fea, and Jerry Bumstead.

          In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Affinity Hospice, 2708 S. Medford Drive, Lufkin, Texas 75901.
