Lana Lowery

          Graveside services for Lana Lowery, 76, of Lufkin, will be held Friday, August 20, 2021, at 3:00 p.m. at Berry Cemetery with Bro. Ty Phillips officiating.

          Ms. Lowery was born November 15, 1944, in Orange, Texas, to Harvey Beaird and Mavis Robinson, and died Thursday, August 12, 2021, at her residence.

          Ms. Lowery loved attending services at Hillcrest Baptist Church. She enjoyed reading a good book, watching television, and a glass of wine. Ms. Lowery was a huge Elvis Presley fan. Above all, she loved her grandchildren very much.

         Ms. Lowery is survived by her son, Nick Lowery of Lufkin; granddaughters, Ashley Lowery and Amber Lowery, both of Lufkin; great-grandsons, Braxton Ebarb and Brentley Ebarb, both of Lufkin; sister, Carolyn Redd of Lufkin; brother, Oscar Beard of Virginia; nieces, Jennifer Herrera, Natha Conger, Crystal Johnson, and Erica Rector, all of Lufkin; nephews, Jeff Ross and Josh Ross, both of Lufkin; great-nieces, Hannah Padilla, Raquel Padilla, Terri Wilkie, and Kailey Johnson, all of Lufkin; great-nephews, Daniel Herrera, Bailey Ainsworth, Kagen Ainsworth and Hunter Ainsworth, all of Lufkin; daughter-in-law, Shelly Posey of Lufkin; and special friend, Royce Hopson of Lufkin;

          She was preceded in death by her parents; brother; and special friends, Doris Conner and Gertrude Conner.
