Nancy L. Stanley

          Nancy L. Stanley, 81, of Lufkin, was born on September 13, 1943, in Wichita, Kansas, to  George Bucklin and Erma Jean (Smith) Bucklin, and died Tuesday, April 1, 2025, in Lufkin.

          Mrs. Stanley enjoyed crocheting, puzzles, reading and traveling. She enjoyed the company of her family and loved them deeply.   

          She is survived by her daughter and spouse, Sherry and Jerry Hill of Lufkin; grandson and spouse, Ryan Hill and Josiah Eubank of Colorado Springs, CO; grandson and spouse, Clark and Kelsey Hill of Huntington; great-granddaughter and great-grandson, Kennedy and Archie Hill; sister and spouse, Tina Bucklin and Ed Pace of Edwards, MS; nephew and spouse, Cliff and JoAnne Chalfant of Brandon, MS; along with many special friends.

          She was preceded in death by her parents, and sister Judy Romero.

          An inurnment will take place at a later date at Lakeland Place Memorial Park in Brandon, Mississippi.
