Funeral services for Olivia Cox Wilson, 73, of Lake Jackson, Texas, will be held Saturday, August 1, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. at Shafer Funeral Home in Lufkin, Texas with Brother Ronnie Frankens officiating. Interment will follow at Ryan Chapel Cemetery in Diboll, Texas.

          Mrs. Wilson was born on August 7, 1952, in Houston, Texas, to the late Hubert Cecil Cox and the late Sidney Faye (Lowe) Cox, and died Monday, July 27, 2026, in Webster, Texas.

          Olivia enjoyed listening to music and watching western movies. She was an avid reader and often got lost in a good book. In her free time, she loved to decorate, and shop until she dropped. Most importantly, Olivia was dearly loved by her family.

           She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Michelle and Greg Pullen of Lake Jackson; daughter and son-in-law, Coleen and Jay Edel of Bacliff, Texas; daughter and son-in-law, Michelle Wilson and Carlos Aleman of Lake Jackson; granddaughter and husband, Amber and Jeremy Hidrogo; granddaughter, April Tolly; granddaughter, Mikayla Scroggins and husband Justin; granddaughter, Nikki Mims and husband Billy; grandson, Brett Valigura; grandson and wife, Trevor and Kayla Valigura; granddaughter and husband, Jessamine and Mathew Collard; great-granddaughter, Micha Hector; great-grandson, Jayce Hidrogo; great-granddaughter, Adriana Hidrogo; great-grandson, Gavyn Miller; great-grandson, Gage Miller; great-grandson; Jaxx Scroggins; great-grandson, Kaiser Mims; great-granddaughter, Oakley Mims; great-granddaughter, Rylee Collard; great-grandson, Dane Collard; great-grandson, Dylan Valigura; sister, Cynthia Slade of Livingston, Texas; brother and sister-in-law, Ronald and Angela Cox of Livingston; sister, Gloria Cox of Holly Lake Ranch, Texas; brother and sister-in-law, Kenneth and Janna Cox of Livingston; sister, Angelia Cox of Longview, Texas; and numerous nieces and nephews.

          She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Jim Wilson; son, Michael Tolly; grandson, Curtis Wilson; and great-grandson, Jayden Hidrogo.

          Pallbearers will be Ronald Cox, Kenneth Cox, Dustin Cox, John Cox, Greg Pullen, Jeremy Hidrogo, and Richard Leggett.

          Honorary pallbearers will be Jayce Hidrogo, Gavyn Miller, Gage Miller, Micha Hector, and Adriana Hidrogo.
