Patty Wilkerson

            Funeral services for Patty Wilkerson, 77, of Lufkin, will be held Saturday, May 27, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. at the Greater Love Tabernacle with Bro. Ronnie Frankens and Bro. Bobby Frankens officiating. Interment will follow at Gann Cemetery.

            Mrs. Wilkerson was born on November 7, 1945, in Humble, Texas, to the late Clarence Wilber Ezell and Margaret (Hodge) Ezell, and died Friday, May 19, 2023, in Houston.

            Mrs. Wilkerson was a member of the Greater Love Tabernacle Church. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother, who ruled the roost. Mrs. Wilkerson enjoyed owning her own florist, Angelina Flowers and Gifts. 

            She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Glen Wilkerson of Lufkin; daughter and son-in-law, Glenda and Wayne Ferguson of Colorado; daughter, Kay Tilley of Lufkin; daughter and son-in-law, Stephanie and Dwayne Stanford of Diboll; son and daughter-in-law, Scotty and Nikki Wilkerson of Lufkin; daughter, Alison Wilkerson of Arkansas; granddaughter and husband, Kayla and James Tillery of Diboll; granddaughter and husband, Morgan and Julian Rios of Diboll; grandson and wife, Caleb and Hannah Stanford of Corrigan; granddaughter and husband, Bethanie and Billy Wiley of Colorado; grandson, Christopher Tilley of Tennessee; grandson, Reagan Wilkerson of Lufkin; grandson, Tyler Ferguson of Lufkin; granddaughter and husband, Hayley and Matt Herrington of Lufkin; granddaughter, Amanda Ferguson of Colorado; grandson, Dustin Ferguson of Colorado; granddaughter and husband, Tristan and Hunter Vanschoubroek of Houston; great-grandchildren, Laney, Khloe, Ryder, David, Aliza, McKenzie, Matthew, Skylynn, Westyn, Eli, Wyatt, Seth, Sullie, Maddie, Kaidy, Gavin, Makenzie, and Brennen; and sister, Susan Woodard of Florida.

           Mrs. Wilkerson was preceded in death by her parents; son-in-law, Tommy Tilley; and grandsons, Kensey Tilley and Foster Tilley.

            Pallbearers will be Dwayne Stanford, Scotty Wilkerson, James Tillery, Regan Wilkerson, Caleb Stanford, Matt Herrington, and Billy Wiley.

            Honorary pallbearers will be Julian Rios and Tyler Ferguson.

            Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Friday, May 26, 2023, at Greater Love Tabernacle.
