Peggy Brimer

          Memorial services for Peggy Brimer, 71, of Huntington, will be held at a later date.

          Mrs. Brimer was born on May 1, 1953, in Silsbee, Texas, to Lester Gore and Lucille (Dickinson) Harvill, and died Monday, June 24, 2024, in Lufkin.

          Mrs. Brimer loved her family and grandkids very much. She enjoyed cooking, outings, and playing cards. Mrs. Brimer loved life. 

          She is survived by her husband, James Brimer of Huntington; daughter, Brandy Smith of Wells; daughter, Kristen Fletcher of Huntington; daughter, Candice Mosley of Huntington; granddaughter, Kaylee Collins of Huntington; granddaughter, Emma King of Huntington; grandson, Kylan “Boogie” Redd of Wells; grandson, Kade Redd of Wells; daughter-in-law, Felinda Redd of Wells; and best friend, Bonnie Hogue of Zavalla.

          Mrs. Brimer was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Linda Williams; and nephew, J.D. Williams.

          Honorary pallbearers will be Kade Redd, Kylan “Boogie” Redd, Jayden Redd, and Tae “Puddin” Lewis.
