Roberto Estrella

         Memorial services for Roberto Estrella, 66, of Lufkin, will be held at a later date.

         Mr. Estrella was born on June 7, 1958, in Puruagua, Guanajuato, Mexico, to the late Antonio Hernandez Estrella and Martina (Correa) Estrella, and died Thursday, January 9, 2025, in Lufkin.

          Mr. Estrella was a member of Iglesia Bautista El Alfarero in Lufkin. He was a musician and enjoyed playing the piano and accordion. Mr. Estrella loved to party and have get togethers with his family. He enjoyed traveling.

         He is survived by his wife, Rosa Lopez of Lufkin; daughter, Norma Estrella of Lufkin; son and daughter-in-law, Ricardo and Guadalupe Estrella of Oklahoma City, OK; son, Roberto Estrella, Jr. of Tulsa, OK; son and daughter-in-law, Alejandro and Miraya Estrella of Lufkin; daughter and son-in-law,  Pamela Estrella and Albert Dionicio of Lufkin; 18 grandchildren; and 6 great-grandchildren.

        Mr. Estrella was preceded in death by his parents.
