Roberto Roman Rangel

            Los servicios funerarios para Roberto Román Rangel, 66, de Diboll, se llevarán a cabo el viernes, 6, de mayo, del 2022 a las 11:00 a.m. en Shafer Funeral Home en Lufkin con el Diacono Gary Treviño oficiando. El entierro seguirá en el cementerio Garden of Memories Memorial Park.

            Roberto nació el 23 de octubre de 1955 en Rio Bravo Tamaulipas, hijo del señor Manuel Román y la Señora María del Socorro Rangel, el falleció el 2 de mayo de 2022 en Diboll.

            Roberto fue un hombre muy alegre, que se la pasaba cantando y bailando. A él le encantaba todo tipo de música. En sus tiempos libres le gustaba ir de pesca.

             Le sobreviven su esposa de 7 años, Dora Alicia Román de Diboll; hijos: Claudia Román de Houston, Roberto Román y esposa Beronica de Lufkin, San Juana Román de Lufkin, y Nicolas Román de Lufkin; nietos: Christian Segura, Jaime Segura, Alexia Raquel Román, Adrián Joel Román, Aaron Damián Román, Xavier Martínez, Alicia Martínez y Natalie Tilley; hijastros: Alejandro Escamilla y esposa Erica de Diboll y Gisela Mejía y esposo, Yovani de Diboll; nietastros: Christian Escamilla, Alexa Escamilla y Aria Mejía; hermanos: Manuel Román y esposa, Blanca de Diboll, Héctor Román y esposa Deandra de Diboll, Dora Hilda Román de Lufkin, Tony Román y esposa, Licha de McAllen, y Blankis  Román de Nuevo León, junto con otros familiares y amigos cercanos.

             Fue precedido en la muerte por sus padres Manuel y María del Socorro Román y su hermano, Jorge Luis Román Rangel.

             Los portadores del féretro serán Roberto Román, Héctor Román, Alejandro Escamilla, Yovani Mejía, Adrián Román, Christian Segura, Ty Román y Joshua Román.  

            La visitacion se llevará a cabo de 6:00 p.m. a 8:00 p. m., el jueves, 5 de mayo, del 2022 con Rosario a las 7:00 p.m. en Shafer Funeral Home en Lufkin.

             Funeral services for Roberto Roman Rangel, 66, of Diboll, will be held on Friday, May 6, 2022, at 11:00 a.m.  at Shafer Funeral Home in Lufkin with Deacon Gary Trevino officiating. Burial will follow at Garden of Memories Memorial Park Cemetery.

            Roberto was born on October 23, 1955, in Rio Bravo Tamaulipas, son of Manuel Román and María del Socorro Rangel, he passed away on May 2, 2022, in Diboll.

            Roberto was a very cheerful man, who spent his time singing and dancing. He loved all kinds of music. In his spare time he liked to go fishing.

             He is survived by his wife of 7 years, Dora Alicia Román of Diboll; children: Claudia Román of Houston, Roberto Román and wife Beronica of Lufkin, San Juana Román of Lufkin, and Nicolas Román of Lufkin; grandchildren: Christian Segura, Jaime Segura, Alexia Raquel Román, Adrián Joel Román, Aaron Damián Román, Xavier Martínez, Alicia Martínez and Natalie Tilley; stepchildren:  Alejandro Escamilla and wife Erica of Diboll and Gisela Mejía and husband, Yovani of Diboll; step grandchildren: Christian Escamilla, Alexa Escamilla and Aria Mejía; brothers: Manuel Román and wife, Blanca of Diboll, Héctor Román and wife Deandra of Diboll, Dora Hilda Román of Lufkin, Tony Román and wife, Licha of McAllen, and Blankis  Román of Nuevo León, Mexico along with other family and close friends.

             He was preceded in death by his parents, Manuel and María del Socorro Román and his brother, Jorge Luis Román Rangel.

            Serving as pallbearers will be Roberto Román, Héctor Román, Alejandro Escamilla, Yovani Mejía, Adrián Román, Christian Segura, Ty Román and Joshua Román. 

            The visitation will take place from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.  m., on Thursday, May 5, 2022 with Rosary at 7:00 p.m.  at Shafer Funeral Home in Lufkin.
