Sandra Darlene Ramos

          Graveside internment services for Sandra Darlene Bell Ramos, 74, of Lufkin will be held on Tuesday, October 4, 2022, at 10:00a.m. at Garden of Memories Memorial Park with Bro. Buddy Leach officiating. Mrs. Ramos was born June 23, 1948, in Lufkin, Texas, to the late Leslie Allen Bell and Florence Katherine Bell, and died October 1, 2022, in Lufkin.

          Sandra was a beloved wife and mother. She loved traveling, fishing, playing slot machines, cooking, celebrating holidays and spending time with her family. She was an avid dog lover. Sandra was a local business owner for many years. For those that knew her, you know she was very passionate, sometimes in an outspoken way, about what mattered to her and was fiercely protective of those she loved.

          She is survived by her husband of 40 years, Larry Ramos of Lufkin; daughter, Monica Oliver of Lufkin; son, Wesley Oliver of Dallas; son and daughter-in-law, Craig and Amber Ramos of Diboll; stepdaughter and son-in-law, Kelly and Cory Johnson of Hudson; seven grandchildren, grandson and granddaughter-in-law Joshua and Samantha Vargas, granddaughter Emma Bell Valdez, granddaughter Riley Beckum, grandson Ryan Ramos, grandson Reece Ramos, grandson Deaton Johnson, and grandson Parker Johnson; and five great grandchildren, Brooklynn, Ryan, Braylee, Marlee, and Tinslee Vargas.

          Sandra was preceded in death by her father, Leslie Bell, and mother Florence Bell, her son, Allen Bell, and other extended family.

          Honorary pallbearers will be Craig Ramos, Ryan Ramos, Joe Ramos, Dennis Cochran, and Josh Vargas.
