Vicki (Stefano) Sandefer, 74, of Lufkin, was born June 3, 1949, in Lufkin, Texas, to the late Victor Stefano and Mary (Ramey) Stefano, and died Friday, July 14, 2023, in Huntington.

Ms. Sandefer was a first-grade school teacher for 45 years.

Ms. Sandefer is survived by her sister and brother-in-law, Donna and Ricky Newberry of Lufkin; brother and sister-in-law, Tony and Michelle Stefano of New Braunfels, TX; nephew and wife, Cody and Robin Newberry of Huntington; nephew and wife, Dallas and Kelsey Stefano of New Braunfels, TX; nephew, Jacob Stefano of New Braunfels, TX; niece, Savanna and husband Stuart Cravy of Bernie, TX; nephew and wife, Vincent and Tiffany Smith of Huntington; great-niece, Keeley Smith of Huntington; great-nephew, Jojo Smith and Ainsley Smith, both of Huntington; great-niece, Everlee Rose Cravy of Bernie, TX; along with numerous cousins.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Noel Sandefer; and sister, May Kay DiStefano.
