A visitation for William “Bill” Sethman, 75, of Nacogdoches, will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Friday, October 24, 2025, at Shafer Funeral Home.

            Mr. Sethman was born on January 3, 1950, in Waurika, Oklahoma, to the late William Odie Sethman and Betty Jane (Niblette) Sethman, and died Monday, October 20, 2025, in Nacogdoches.

            Mr. Sethman was a devoted Christian who loved his wife unconditionally and spent his last days being near her and his beloved family members. Mr. Sethman was a devoted Senior Design Engineer for almost 48 years at Foretravel before retiring to spend time with his family. He took great pride in all that he did. 

            Mr. Sethman is survived by his wife, Betty Sethman; son, William O. Sethman III; son, Ronnie Sethman; daughter, Elizabeth Sethman; grandchildren, Emily Glawson, Timothy, Ethan Sethman, Savannah Brodoski and Rebecca Sethman; and great-grandchildren, Curtis Glawson, Jr., Ezekiel Glawson, Daniel Glawson, and Maverick Glawson.

            He was preceded in death by his parents.
