A Celebration of Life/Memorial Visitation for Mr. William "Bill" Edward Frazier, 61, of Lufkin, will be held June 27, 2026 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., at Shafer Funeral Home, Lufkin, Texas. Mr. Frazier was born on September 8, 1964, in Lufkin, Texas, to the late Harvey Gene Frazier and Jessie Marie Bailey, and died Tuesday, May 5, 2026, in Lufkin.

          William graduated from Central High School in 1983. He excelled in all sports, especially basketball. After graduation, he joined the Army and served proudly for four years. After his military service, he became a hardworking salesman for many years. In his free time, he enjoyed bowling where he honed his skills bowling many games with a perfect score of 300 and being awarded multiple trophies and rings. 

          Mr. Frazier is survived by his mother and stepdad, Marie and Rodney Forrest of Lufkin; son, Taylor and wife, Breanna Frazier of Diboll; daughter, Hayley and husband, Josh Holland of Fruitvale, Texas; daughter, Abbie Frazier of Houston; daughter, Elizabeth Ferguson of Diboll; grandchildren, Saylor Frazier, Zoey Holland, and Gunner Holland; brother, Thomas and wife, Shannon Frazier of Lufkin; brother, Steve and wife, Tonya Frazier of Huntington; brother Niles Frazier of Odessa, Texas; step-brother Kris and wife, J.J. Forrest of Douglas; step-sister, Tori and husband, Scott Adams of Lufkin; numerous nieces and nephews; and lifelong friend, Derrick Hall of Dallas.

          He was preceded in death by his father, Harvey Gene Frazier; son, Casey Dwayne Frazier; and grandmother, Aline Fussell.
