William Earl Butler

          Graveside services for William Earl Butler, 58, of Wells, TX, will be held Thursday, December 2, 2021, at 1:00 p.m. at Sand Flat Cemetery in Pollok, with Jim Maddox and Dallas Stanley officiating.

            Mr. Butler was born March 20, 1963, in Lufkin, Texas, to Truman Dearl Butler and Billie Louise (Stone) Butler, and died Monday, November 29, 2021, in Wells.

           He was loved by many of the Wells residents and would help anyone with anything. He truly loved helping others. He loved the Lord and was a member of Living Waters Ministry in Wells.

          He is survived by his siblings and their spouses, Ruthie Benson of Wells, Robert and Shirley Butler of Wells, Billy and Tammy Butler of Wells, Judy Horsley of Wells, Teresa and Richard Currie of Kennard, Linda and John Currie Jr. of Kennard, Betty and James Currie of Kennard, and Ronnie Butler of Barsola; Mama, Pat Corcoran of Lufkin; along with numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

            He was preceded in death by his parents, Truman and Billie Louise (Stone) Butler; and nephew, Charles Brandon Taylor.

            Pallbearers will be Jorge Hernandez, Robert Horsley, Jonathan Horsley, Chris Pounds, J. C. Pounds, and Rodney Pigg.
