William Glenn Choate, Jr., 57, of Huntington, was born on September 5, 1967, in Muscle Shoals, Alabama, to the late William Glenn (Bill) Choate and Judy Ann (Havard) Barnett, and died Saturday, April 12, 2025, in his home surrounded by his family.
Glenn was a member of LaLa Hill Baptist Church in Huntington, TX. Mr. Choate was a welder for Union 798. He enjoyed riding motorcycles and telling stories.
He is survived by his wife, Connie Choate; daughter and son-in-law, Kristyn and Justin Terry; son and daughter-in-law, Colton and Summer Pierce; stepdaughter, Chelsea Taylor; grandchildren, Tatum, Peyton, Isabelle, Sadie, and Ember; brothers and wife, Lane and Kim Barnett and Jeb Barnett; sister and husband, Robyn and Russell Weyand; stepfather, Thomas Barnett; nieces, Heather, McKayla, Judy Ann, Jade, Alexa, Hattie, Briana, and Emberly; special friends, Mike Arnold and Robert Sullivan; along with numerous aunts, uncles, family, and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Heath Choate; grandparents, L.T. and Mary Lou Havard; grandparents, John and Nina Choate; father and mother-in-law, Thomas and Betty Sue Allums.
